On Tuesday, November 2nd, we had the privilege of holding a Zoom meeting with an Associate Lawyer at Jones Day - Français who’s also a current lecturer at the Sorbonne in Business Law : Mr Seth E. Engel.
Over the course of his career, he has acquired professional experience both in France and in New York, notably at Baker & Hosteler LLP and at Dentons. He was also an Assistant Counsel before the International Criminal Court for the Charles Blé Goudé case (Ivory Cost)
During this interesting Zoom session, Mr Seth E. Engel shed some light on the electoral process, the procedure of impeachment and the important role of the U.S Supreme Court during elections. We also explored the different predictions that could occur on the day after Election Day and their possible consequences.
It was a pleasure and an honor to learn more about this election and to share our insights with Mr. Seth Engel. We would therefore like to sincerely thank Mr Seth E. Engel for this great and instructive discussion, we couldn’t be better prepared for the results of the upcoming U.S election
